  To the man I saw with his head hung down...   In sports, we are taught to only celebrate the wins. We look at the highlights, the home runs, and the trophies. But lately, I’ve been thinking about the silent moments. The moments where the stadium lights feel too bright, the expectations feel too heavy, and the weight of the game forces your head low.   Maybe you’re a baseball player sitting in the dugout right now, feeling like you keep striking out. Maybe you’re an athlete in another sport, or maybe you’re just a listener trying to navigate your own daily lineup. I want to say to you directly: These are hard times…
